Team Lead

The Team Leads primary responsibilities are supporting claimers day to day tasks, and monitoring productivity and performance of each team member. This role provides strong leadership abilities, coaching & support for the team. This position must be able to identify and interpret data relating to various softwares, keep up to date with process changes, and discuss performance goals with Music Copyright Specialists and Senior Musis Copyright Specialists.

Responsibilities

•  Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to claimers, ensuring they understand and meet process objectives, and are fully equipped to handle claims
• Ensure claimers are aware of their daily responsibilities, and offer additional support for those struggling with tasks such as identifying claimable content.
• Analyze team performance data and generate regular reports for senior management, tracking progress against goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to minimize errors in copyright claims and enhance overall efficiency.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize team productivity. Monitor the effectiveness of changes and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve better results.
