Associate Director, FP&A

About the role:

The Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for supporting the coordination of budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the department or company’s overall financial performance. The Associate Director will play a critical role in helping to consolidate financial results and provide valuable insights to senior leadership about the department or company’s financial trajectory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate FP&A, a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and executive presence.

You will report into the Senior Director, FP&A

Work Location: This position is based in our New York, NY office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit
