Head of Network Recruiting

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Head of Network Recruiting to join our Provider Network team.

About the role:

As the Head of Network Recruiting, you will lead strategic provider sourcing. This effort will expand and improve the payer network, specifically driving the recruitment of non-anchor providers, Essential Community Providers (ECPs), and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). You will directly support network adequacy standards, improves patient access, and improve overall network performance. This team also manages incoming provider participation requests and collaborates with Network Contracting, Network Strategy, and Market Leadership to build a compliant network that enables profitable member growth.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office day
