Senior Director, Corporate Development

About the role:

The Senior Director of Corporate Development is a senior finance and strategy leader responsible for advancing Oscar's inorganic growth agenda through thesis-driven market mapping, target sourcing, strategic partnerships, investments, divestitures, and M&A. This role translates enterprise priorities into actionable market landscapes, target universes, build/buy/partner recommendations, and a prioritized pipeline of opportunities, while leading rigorous financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, approval materials, and transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing and integration planning.

You will report into the SVP, Deputy CFO.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to su
