Senior Director, Corporate Development

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Director, Corporate Development to join our Strategic Finance.

About the role:

The Senior Director of Corporate Development is a senior finance and strategy leader responsible for advancing Oscar's inorganic growth agenda through thesis-driven market mapping, target sourcing, strategic partnerships, investments, divestitures, and M&A. This role translates enterprise priorities into actionable market landscapes, target universes, build/buy/partner recommendations, and a prioritized pipeline of opportunities, while leading rigorous financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, approval materials, and transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing and integration planning.

You will report into the SVP, Deputy CFO.

Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, TX. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with you
