Network (Provider Experience):
As a Staff Product Manager on our Network team, you will own the product strategy for Oscar’s end-to-end provider experience, spanning initial outreach and onboarding through ongoing servicing. You will define how Oscar becomes the easiest health insurance company for providers to do business with, reducing friction across critical journeys such as credentialing, authorizations, disputes, accounts receivable, and issue resolution. You will build account management, servicing, and self-service capabilities that give providers and frontline teams a clear understanding of each issue’s status and path to resolution.
