Job Description

We are looking for a Junior People & Culture Business Partner to join our LATAM People & Culture team in Peru.

This role will have a strong focus on supporting our Peruvian organization, including our manufacturing operations, while also contributing to People & Culture processes and projects across Latin America.

Working closely with the Head of People & Culture LATAM, local and regional leaders, employees, and the broader P&C organization, the Junior P&C Business Partner will combine strong HR operational execution with business partnering, employee experience, data and analytics, and regional project support.

The role offers broad exposure to the employee lifecycle and provides an opportunity to develop within an international and multicultural organization, gradually taking greater ownership of P&C processes and business partnering responsibilities.

  • Provide day-to-day P&C support to employees and leaders, building strong relationships across both manufacturing and administrative teams.

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, performance, development, and offboarding.

  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and HR administration in Peru, while supporting related processes across LATAM.

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to attract and integrate the right talent.

  • Support the execution of the P&C Annual Wheel, including performance management, talent calibration, succession, compensation, engagement, and learning initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate employee information in SuccessFactors and prepare P&C reports, dashboards, and key people metrics to support decision-making.

  • Support employee relations, engagement, internal communication, well-being, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of P&C services.

  • Support regional P&C projects across Peru, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of P&C processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve the employee and manager experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workplace issues and improve organizational culture

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or business partnership support
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Success Factors, Workday, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • Experience with HR analytics and metrics reporting
  • Familiarity with payroll or benefits administration
  • Background in recruitment support or talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of training and development initiatives
  • Previous experience working in Peru or Latin America
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms and HRIS systems 
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or diverse employee populations
