As a partner in Otterbein’s mission to enrich individual life journeys for all, we are searching for a Timekeeping & Workforce Analyst to play a vital role in supporting workforce technology, timekeeping operations, attendance management, workforce reporting, analytics, and data integrity across Otterbein ministries. Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, the Timekeeping & Attendance Analyst will ensure workforce data accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive partner experience while supporting Otterbein's mission and values.
The Timekeeping & Workforce Analyst partners closely with ministry leaders, Payroll, Human Resources, and Operations to resolve timekeeping issues, maintain attendance records, support workforce reporting, and provide training and guidance on workforce management processes. This position is responsible for monitoring workforce data accuracy, conducting audits, supporting Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting efforts, and developing reports and dashboards that provide leaders with actionable workforce insig
