As Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, you'll turn a fragmented set of systems requests, close and control needs, and process-improvement work into one prioritized, governed roadmap, with real, visible impact on how a newly public company operates.You'll be the connective tissue between Accounting, Business Systems/IT, and external partners — building the operating cadence, prioritization framework, and governance that let Accounting make clear trade-offs and move the highest-value work forward, with direct exposure
