We are looking for a Retail Logistics & Replenishment Manager, Americas to keep our retail partners in stock and our product moving efficiently. Oura is experiencing explosive momentum, delivering 100% YoY growth over the past three years — moving from zero retailers in 2023 to multiple active major accounts today, with more launches slated for this year alone. In this individual contributor role, you will own replenishment planning and day-to-day logistics execution for a set of retail accounts — from forecasting what each retailer needs, to making sure it arrives on time, compliant, and at the right cost
