Sr. SDR Compensation Details:

On Target Earnings: $120,000 + Closed Won Bonus

Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000

Commission: $40,000 - $50,000

Compensation Structure: Paid for (1) Completed Conversations and (2) Qualified Opportunities

Closed-Won Bonus: We work with business owners doing $10M–$100M+ in revenue and when those deals close, you get paid. A percentage of every closed-won deal is paid out as a bonus to the Sr. SDR
