We show them the other 95%: not just who's transacting, but who that person actually is — the execs, influencers, journalists, retail buyers, investors, and everyday customers who become a brand's best evangelists. Our platform enriches every order in real time with professional and personal signals, builds personas, and powers everything from surprise-and-delight outreach to smarter email flows, analytics, and BD leads. We're a small, high-performing team building the category-defining platform for e-commerce customer intelligence, backed by a world-class investor base.

The Opportunity

Most of our growth so far has come from inbound, referrals, and events. Hundreds of brands found us. Now we're going after the ones that haven't yet.

We're hiring Business Development Representatives to open doors at the brands that should be running on OuterSignal: established Shopify brands doing real volume, with marketing, retention, and partnerships teams that would put customer intelligence to work on day one. Automated outreach handles the long tail. Your job is the accounts worth a human: research them, find
