About the Role

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager with high agency and a rigorous, analytical mindset to be the right hand to our VP of Operations. The role is fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the US, with substantial overlap with Eastern hours.

This is a generalist seat, not a role scoped to a single function. You'll own and manage daily operations across HR, finance, and administrative functions, act as the glue across the organization, and rotate onto whatever matters most that quarter.
