Digital Growth Manager

Your mission

Working location: Ireland / UK, Remote or Hyrbrid

The Digital Growth Manager will own inbound revenue growth at Output Sports, with responsibility for increasing qualified website traffic and converting more of that demand into demo submissions, sales conversations and pipeline.

This is a commercially focused role for an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record of growing inbound demand and improving website conversion and lead progression.

Our opportunity is twofold: generate more of the right traffic and convert more of the traffic we already have. The role will identify opportunities across the website and inbound journey to increase qualified demand and remove friction from website visit → demo submission → sales conversation → pipeline.

You will own website performance, CRO, inbound conversion and digital reporting, using Webflow and HubSpot to analyse, optimise and improve the digital journey from website visit through to sales conversation.

  • Identify opportunities to increase relevant traffic to the Output Sports website, using data and insight to understand which audiences, channels and content are driving the greatest commercial value.
