ABA Data Entry and Reviewer

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an organized and detail-oriented ABA Data Entry and Reviewer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to meet insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of behavioral data from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions. You will work closely with therapists and clinical staff to maintain precise records, support insurance claim processes, and help track therapy progress through effective data visualization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Confirm and schedule client appointments through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Maintain an organized calendar and ensure appointments are accurately documented.
• Serve as a Spanish-speaking point of contact for clients, providing care management support and addressing general inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with clients and families to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective Spanish-speaking clients using provided lead lists.
• Introduce care management services and identify potential new client opportunities.
