HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to set up, configure, and optimize our HubSpot CRM and marketing platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub, with the ability to build efficient workflows, automate processes, and support successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and organizational needs.
• Set up and manage contacts, companies, deals, tickets, pipelines, properties, and custom fields.
• Create, configure, and optimize sales and marketing automation workflows.
• Build email templates, landing pages, forms, and lead capture systems.
• Configure reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Import, clean, organize, and migrate data from existing systems into HubSpot.
• Set up lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages.
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and business tools.
• Establish user roles, permissions, and account settings.
• Train team members on HubSpot best practices and effective platform usage.
• Document processes, workflows, system configurations, and best practices.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to CRM efficiency and marketing performance.
