Operations Team Lead

The Team Lead communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance.  

Provides help to the Operations Supervisor, including training, and keeps the Operations Supervisor updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members. 

The team leads reports directly to the Operations Supervisor, who must follow up on the accomplishment of the objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain close interaction with the Operations Supervisor through different communication channels (Teams, e-mails, phone calls) to ensure effective communication.  

• Stay visible to the employees by walking around periodically to maintain a professional and respectful work environment.  

• Work with Coach, developing a “Daily Task” list designed to focus team members on results–oriented behaviors. 

• POC for any employee software issues and Local IT Issues.  

• Organize team initiatives, such as team meetings to discuss the progress toward the goal and promote OSA core values. 

• Stay informed and trained in processes, product knowledge, refreshers, use of tools/technology, and new training. 

• Ensure that all Employees are complying with all company policies and procedures and any tasks
