Job Summary

The Lifestyle Staff is responsible for assisting the Lifestyle Director in planning, organizing, and implementing life enrichment, events and activities for residents, aiming to enhance their well-being and engagement as required for an independent living, assisted living and/or memory care community.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Activity Planning & Implementation:

• Assist in developing and implementing a diverse range of activities, including games, exercise programs, arts and crafts, music sessions, and social events.
• Create activity schedules and calendars, ensuring a variety of options to cater to different interests and abilities.
• Prepare activity areas, gather necessary supplies, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Resident Engagement:

• Lead group activities and engage residents in one-on-one interactions.
• Encourage participation in activities and provide support to residents who may need assistance.
