The Mission and the Hard Part
Overjet's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product already works. Customers love it, and it's proven the model. The problem is that it's still one product, not a multi-product platform, and nobody owns turning it into one. Without this role, RCM plateaus at the ceiling of a single SKU: no additional products get built, no expansion revenue shows up, and the next flagship product line never happens. You'll report into our Head of Product, Practice and work daily with Engineering, GTM, and Overjet's executive leadership, but the strategy for how a foundational product becomes a multi-product portfolio, and the team that will build it, is yours to def
