The Mission and the Hard Part

Overjet’s growth starts at the top of the funnel. If our Sales Development team doesn’t start enough of the right conversations with dental practices and Dental Service Organizations, there are no demos, no deals, and no revenue behind our mission to improve oral health for all. The SDR Manager decides whether that team becomes a pipeline engine or a group of talented individuals working without a system. You’ll build and lead our SDR team from our Lehi office: hiring the reps, writing the playbook, coaching the calls, and working daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success so the pipeline your team creates turns into customers. You’ll report into Sales leadership
