Our all-in-one, edge-enabled cameras are used by leading global manufacturers including Tesla, SpaceX, and Amphenol. We grew roughly 700% last year and are scaling our team globally, including a growing engineering and operations presence in China.

WHY WE'RE HIRING

Our China team is central to how we build and ship, and hiring here is one of the highest-leverage things we can do. We're looking for a senior recruiter to own talent acquisition for the region and set the standard for how we hire.

This is a seat for someone who has already run a desk at a high bar and is ready to own the function, shape the process, and be a genuine talent partner to the business. Not a req-processing seat.

THE ROLE

You'll own recruiting for our China operation end to end, acting as the talent partner to hiring managers and working directly with the Global Head of Recruiting. You'll source, assess, and close senior and technical talent yourself, while building the playbook, calibration standards, and process that make hiring in the region repeatable and fast.

You set the bar and
