Principal Architect

OWT is a strategy and technology consulting firm. We partner with Anthropic behind Alpha Factory, Switzerland's first centre of excellence for human-centered AI adoption.

We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Principal Architect to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in our Zurich office.

Your mission

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned cloud-native solutions, including containerized architectures and CI/CD pipelines, with integrated AI capabilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture on complex projects, from pre-sales to production deployment, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Define strategic architectural decisions and act as the technical interface between teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into pragmatic solutions and producing associated documentation (ADRs, guidelines)
• Actively participate in development (code reviews, POCs, AI pipeline design, critical components) while ensuring overall technical consistency<
