Patient Engagement Coordinator - Part Time

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and community-minded Lead Patient Engagement Coordinator to guide our patient operations and community outreach efforts. This dual-purpose lead role bridges administrative clinic excellence with proactive community expansion. Pre-Admission Data Entry: Complete all data entry for pre-admission including identifying information, the reason for referral, relevant history, and insurance information.
