Human Resources & Operations Generalist

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources & Operations Generalist who is an organized, polished, and dependable professional to own our recruiting and HR administration while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and helping establish scalable processes for A2G’s continued growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that HR in a small company is not narrowly defined.  The right person will be equally comfortable recruiting a hard-to-fill position, onboarding a new employee, working with payroll and benefits providers, maintaining personnel records, coordinating travel, improving an internal process, and helping leadership keep the organization running smoothly.

The Human Resources & Operations Generalist will serve as A2G's primary day-to-day resource for recruiting, employee administration, and HR operations. This position will manage the employee lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding, coordinate with outside payroll
