The volume is real: thousands of devices sending scans and images all day, often from spots with bad connectivity, dropping offline and syncing back later. Enterprise customers notice every slow query and every lost event. We're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (Full Stack) to build and scale the services, APIs, and integrations that carry that load, along with the web screens customers and internal teams use to configure and run the platform. You'll work with product, mobile, AI, and implementation teams to turn messy physical operations into software that holds up in production. The role is backend-first. You'll design data models, build services and APIs, run integrations with customer ERPs, WMSs, and TMSs, and keep the platform fast and dependable as customers scale.
