About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Events Manager who can build and scale the organic social presence. This isn't a traditional social media management role, we're looking for someone who understands how to create content people actually want to watch, build engaged communities, and develop an organic content engine that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
You'll own the brands organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You'll be responsible for developing a scalable content engine that educates consumers, builds trust, and creates high-performing creative that can be amplified across our broader marketing channels.
In addition to leading organic social, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life through events and experiential activations. You'll plan and execute trade shows, community events, influencer gatherings, product launches, and brand experiences that strengthen relationships, generate content, and create memorable customer interactions. You'll ensure every event extends our brand story both online and offline.
