You will drive the resolution of all internal reports, including those from speak-up channels, by executing preliminary assessments, managing investigations and implementing corrective actions.

You will bring rigorous fact-finding, data-driven insight and professional discretion to every case, helping build a transparent speak-up culture and a stronger control environment across the organization.

What you’ll own

• Conduct rigorous fact-finding and investigations into suspected internal non-compliances, procedural violations and operational breaches.
• Draft comprehensive investigation plans, coordinate with VEON Group Investigations and work with internal departments and stakeholders to gather the data, evidence and documentation needed for case management.
• Use data analytics and AI-driven tools to identify patterns, detect anomalies and uncover electronic evidence in complex investigations.
