- Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Own prepaid segmentation, micro-segmentation, and hyper-personalization strategies across customer value, lifecycle, behavior, and needs.
- Advanced Analytics & AI: Lead AI-driven use cases including propensity, churn, uplift, predictive segmentation, Next-Best-Action, and willingness-to-pay, working closely with Data Science and Analytics teams.
- Growth & Monetization: Identify opportunities to improve ARPU, retention, cross-sell, upsell, engagement, and overall base health through data-driven interventions.
- Customer Intelligence: Turn GSM and digital engagement signals into actionable customer insights and targeted strategies.
