Committee Coordination & Compliance Officer

This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA’s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.

Position Summary

The Committee Coordination & Compliance Officer provides operational support for Board/committee secretariat functions, including meeting coordination, document circulation and compliance follow-ups.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for BoG and committee meetings, including venue arrangements, seating, connectivity/virtual meeting setup, audio-visual support coordination, and preparation of meeting packs as required.

• Support timely printing/scanning, binding, and secure circulation/dispatch of meeting notices and papers in line with approved protocols and confidentiality requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date contact lists, distribution lists, and correspondence logs for BoG members, committee members, and key internal focal persons; ensure controlled access and accuracy of records.
