Senior Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker
Location: Co. Mayo
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm; Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
Our client, a well-established precision fabrication company based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker to join their team.
Working from their Castlebar workshop, the successful candidate will undertake high-quality fabrication work supporting customers within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. This is a senior position requiring strong hands-on fabrication experience, excellent technical ability and a consistently high standard of workmanship.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fabricate, cut, weld, bend and assemble sheet metal components to high precision standards.
Interpret and work accurately from technical drawings, specifications and job requirements.
Measure, mark and prepare materials for fabrication.
Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
Carry out welding, cutting, forming and assembly work as required.
