Founding Growth Lead
About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.
As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.
About the Opportunity
Pallet has proven that some of the world’s largest logistics companies will buy and deploy our technology. Now we’re building the marketing engine that will help us reach the next hundred.
As the Founding Growth Lead, you’ll help build the systems and programs that turn market awareness into qualified enterprise pipeline. You’ll work across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, and emerging channels—figuring out where to invest, what to test, and how to scale what works.
This is not a role where you’ll inherit a mature playbook and optimize around the edges. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Pallet approaches demand generation: testing new channels, building repeatable programs, and developing the infrastructure we need to understand what is actually driving pipeline and revenue.
We don’t expect you to be the deepest technical expert in every channel. We do expect you to understand how the pieces fit together, develop strong opinions about what works, go deep when necessary, and bring in specialized partners when they can help us move faster.
You’ll also help build the operating foundation behind our growth engine—from attribution and automation to lead routing, segmentation, website tracking, and funnel reporting. The goal is simple: understand where growth comes from, double down on what works, and build a demand engine that can scale with the company.
