Head of Sales - DACH

We’re looking for a sales leader who wants to build, lead and win in a fast growing startup that’s changing how legal research is done. You’ll take ownership of our DACH sales team, help us move upmarket and play a key role in shaping the next stage of Pandektes’ growth.

About Pandektes

Our mission is to rebuild legal research from the ground up. Lawyers still lose countless hours to fragmented sources, outdated systems, and databases that fight them at every turn. We're building the largest AI-powered legal database in the world to make that friction disappear.

We're a team of 45+ based in our Copenhagen HQ, Zurich, London, and Hamburg. We’re a small team with high trust and flat structure. We’re still early in the journey, and joining our team now means you’ll have big impact on shaping how we scale.

We have raised more than €4M, including a €2.9M seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and a strong bench of angels. We already serve 450+ customers across Europe and we’re just getting started.

About the role

As our Head of DACH Sales, you’ll lead our sales team across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and take ownership of growing one of our key markets.
