Chief of Staff to the CEO

As Chief of Staff, you will play a central role in building Panorama. In partnership with the CEO and the Executive Team, you will help translate our ambitious vision and goals into clear strategy, strong execution, and rigorous operations across the business. You'll take on hard, ambiguous problems that matter for our future and figure out how to solve them; you'll lead important growth initiatives that change the trajectory of Panorama. You'll provide critical support and staffing to Panorama's CEO, enabling him to focus his time and energy where it will have the greatest impact for the business.

On any given day you will work through competing priorities, decide what is urgent and what is not, manage unforeseen challenges, navigate complex relationships, operate as the CEO's proxy in key decisions, and do it all at a fast pace. You'll be the connective tissue that
