We're an early-stage, fast-moving team combining a network of expert recruiters with agentic AI tooling.
The role. We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for Paraform.
You'll manage an existing team of account executives and be responsible for hiring more account executives to our growing sales team. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, this is an opportunity to build the foundational processes and behaviors for scaling the sales team. You'll have sellers across all 3 segments in SMB, MM, and ENT.
What we're looking for
Foundational 5-8 years as an IC in sales with 2+ years of experience as a top performing Sales Manager at high-growth SaaS or Marketplace startups managing AEs that self-source >20% of their own deals.
Top performer - track record of top sales performance as an IC and manager: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
