Virtual Specialized Education Instructor - Arizona (Mod/Severe)

Are you passionate about supporting children with learning differences? Parallel is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to provide virtual instruction to K-12 students in Arizona. We are hiring educators with experience in self-contained classrooms with an Arizona Moderate/Severe Disabilities, PreK-12 Endorsement.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Expertise: Provide legally compliant, specially designed instruction (SDI) and deliver compensatory education services (when indicated) to students with active Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Instructional Design & Implementation: Develop and execute data-driven, individualized lesson plans to target critical skill areas:
• Reading and literacy development
• Foundational math skills and intervention
• Executive functioning and organizational strategies
• Functional and adaptive life skills
• IEP Management & Compliance: Own the creation, management, and ongoing progress monitoring of student IEPs, including case management responsibilities.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with the student's IEP team to coordinate service schedules and tailor instructional approaches to unique student needs.
