Overview

Our consulting client is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic business and technology initiatives. The organisation is improving the processes, systems, and service capabilities that support programs for children, youth, families, and communities. This role will play a key part in analysing business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of practical, user-centred solutions across a complex service and technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis expertise, hands-on requirements elicitation and documentation experience, and a solid understanding of process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery. This individual will work closely with program teams, product owners, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within a complex and evolving environment.
