Part Time Lead Childcare Teacher, Middletown, PA

Our care spaces are conveniently located within parents' place of employment for easy drop-off and pick-up. We are seeking kind, motivated, empathetic teachers to manage our play-based, multi-age care room in Middletown, PA.

We are looking for a Part-Time Lead Teacher to cover the day shift on Monday-Thursday from 10 am-5 pm.

As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Care for and ensure safety of all children in our play-based care room (ages 2 -12)
• Respond to dynamics and tricky behaviors in the care room with kindness and age-appropriate conflict management skills
• Communicate respectfully with the children’s parents to share regular updates, and contact them in the case of an emergency
• Create curriculum and plan activities to lead with children
• Collect and manage paperwork and other records for parents and children as needed
