What You'll Do

As a BCBA at Patterns, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical oversight across center-based, home, and school settings as appropriate.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
