About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Cold Email Specialist to own cold email campaign performance, deliverability, client success, and day-to-day campaign operations.
This is not a passive account management role. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring outbound campaigns reach inboxes, generate responses, perform consistently, and deliver strong client outcomes.
You’ll manage a portfolio of active clients while working closely with the founder, outreach specialists, developers, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize campaigns, and improve the systems behind outbound delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who understands cold email beyond sending sequences — including deliverability, domain reputation, warm-up, DNS authentication, inbox placement, copywriting, campaign optimization, and client retention.
What You’ll Own
Cold Email Campaign Performance
- Own campaign performance across multiple client accounts
- Diagnose and improve underperforming campaigns
- Monitor inbox placement, reply rates, and overall campaign health
