Full Stack Engineer (Next.js, React, Python, AI & Marketing Tech) – Remote | EST Hours

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients — a fast-growing marketing agency serving 150+ home service businesses — is hiring a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build internal tools, marketing technology, AI-powered workflows, and automation systems.
This is a builder role, not a strategy-only position.
You’ll work directly across:
- Full-stack application development
- Marketing data and attribution
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI)
- CRM integrations and automation
- AI-powered marketing workflows
- Internal dashboards and reporting tools
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, media buyers, and operators to turn operational challenges into production-ready systems that directly improve campaign performance, lead conversion, and efficiency.
