About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through the offer stage.
This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who can proactively identify talent, engage passive candidates, conduct effective screening interviews, and maintain organized pipelines across multiple open positions.
You’ll work across candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS management, candidate communication, and offer support while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What You’ll Own
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, candidate databases, and other recruiting channels
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
- Build targeted talent pipelines based on role requirements
- Use different sourcing strategies to reach relevant candidates
- Maintain consistent sourcing activity across multiple open positions
