About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team across CRM management, scheduling, follow-ups, proposals, reporting, and sales operations.
This is not a direct sales role. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep the sales team organized, ensure prospects receive timely communication, maintain accurate CRM data, and prevent opportunities from stalling in the pipeline.
You’ll directly support pipeline movement, deal progression, CRM accuracy, reporting visibility, and overall sales efficiency.

What You’ll Own
CRM Management & Pipeline Support
