About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Executive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across marketing, executive operations, content, CRM management, and administrative workflows.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident working across marketing and operational systems.
You’ll work closely with leadership to keep:
- Marketing initiatives moving
- Social media content organized and published
- GoHighLevel workflows running
- Leads and follow-ups tracked
- Executive priorities coordinated
- Internal systems and documentation organized
