About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact initiatives across Technical SEO, content, organic growth, website management, and marketing operations.
This is a high-ownership role that combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth, managing marketing systems and workflows, overseeing SEO and website initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and leveraging AI to improve marketing speed and scalability.

What You’ll Own
Technical SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead Technical SEO strategy and execution across:
- On-page optimization
- Technical audits
- Backlink strategies
- Keyword and organic growth planning
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting rankings and organic visibility
- Monitor SEO performance and translate data into actionable improvements
- Stay current with evolving SEO, AIO, and AI-driven search strategies
- Collaborate with content
