About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting and hiring sales professionals at volume.
This is not a general recruiting role. The ideal candidate has personally sourced, screened, interviewed, and placed salespeople and understands how to evaluate whether a candidate can actually sell—not simply whether their resume matches the job description.
You will own the recruitment pipeline from sourcing through interview coordination while helping identify high-performing sales talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Recruiting
- Recruit sales representatives, sales managers, and other sales professionals at volume.
- Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other relevant channels.
- Prioritize candidates with proven sales performance and relevant experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent.
- Recruit for field sales, commission-based, and contractor sales positions.
Sales Screening & Interviews
- Conduct structured interviews specifically designed to evaluate sales ability.
- Assess communication, persuasion, motivation, resilienc
