Client Success Manager – Cold Email & Deliverability
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Flexible, with availability during U.S. business hours
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, cold email campaign performance, deliverability, and retention.
This is a hands-on role combining client success, account management, cold email, lead generation, and campaign optimization. You’ll manage approximately 20–30 active client accounts and work closely with founders, developers, and outreach teams.
This is not a support-only role. You’ll be expected to understand campaign performance, troubleshoot problems, optimize cold email campaigns, and proactively prevent client churn.
What You’ll Own
Client Success & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of 20–30 active clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact from onboarding onward
- Lead client check-ins, performance calls, and campaign updates
- Monitor account health and proactively identify churn risks
- Manage client expectations and communicate next steps clearly
- Build strong relationships with founders and executive stakeholders
