Operating as a senior individual contributor and subject-matter expert with minimal direction, this role ensures accurate delivery, statutory compliance, vendor accountability, and a consistent global employee experience. The role addresses complex, cross-border benefits matters in close partnership with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
