From a customer's first application through approval to an active PayJoy product. As the orchestration layer across many standalone backend systems (identity verification, credit decisioning, device provisioning), the platform sits at the center of the company's growth funnel. This role requires strong cross-team coordination, the judgment to balance conversion, risk, and reliability, and the ability to set technical direction across system boundaries you don't directly own.
