The team drives credit penetration, loan lifecycle management, and cross-sell of high-value financial products like Gold SIP, Insurance, and other merchant-centric financial Solutions. About the Role: Paytm is looking for an experienced Sales Leader & People Manager to drive the Merchant Lending business across the assigned region. The role involves scaling merchant loan penetration, strengthening underwriting funnel quality, and unlocking incremental revenue through strategic cross-sell initiatives. Expectations/ Requirements: 1.
