Job Title: Collection Manager About the Team: The Collections team is responsible for managing overdue accounts, driving recovery performance, monitoring collection teams and agencies, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines and internal policies. About the Role: The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing collection operations across the assigned territory, leading a team of collection executives, driving collection targets, and ensuring effective portfolio management. The role requires strong team leadership, field execution, performance monitoring, and stakeholder management skills.
